Pastor Erica Nathan is a native Memphian with deep roots in the Orange Mound community. From a young age, God’s hand was evident on her life as she naturally connected with, encouraged, and uplifted others. What began as a heart for people grew into a lifelong ministry assignment marked by compassion, authenticity, and spiritual strength.

A woman after God’s own heart, Pastor Erica has spent years ministering to women, families, and communities through prayer, empowerment, and real-life discipleship. Her ability to speak life, bring hope, and cultivate healing atmospheres has drawn people from every walk of life. With grace and vision, she has created spaces where individuals feel seen, loved, and inspired to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

Pastor Erica is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Elevate Memphis Church, a Spirit-led ministry committed to healing, hope, and helping people discover and walk in their God-given identity. She leads with bold faith, strategic vision, and a deep desire to see lives transformed through the power of Jesus Christ.

She is lovingly supported by her husband, Derrick, who faithfully stands with her in ministry. Together, they serve with humility, excellence, and a heart for God’s people. Pastor Erica is also a devoted mother and spiritual mentor to many.

Her life is a testimony of obedience, resilience, and saying “yes” to God. Wherever she goes, she carries a mantle of elevation—lifting, strengthening, and igniting the purpose within others.
